Congratulations to our Director, Dr. Neha Shah, on her groundbreaking research!

In a clinical trial that’s the first of its kind, Pulmonary Fibrosis NOW! collaborated to conduct research on the effects of systemic enzymes and probiotics on patients with mild to moderate cases of Covid-19. The results were recently published and are very promising. Click here to see Dr. Shah’s interview, where she explains how a natural treatment that is used to help people with Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF) is now also being used to help people with Covid-19 recover more quickly.

Dr. Shah from PF NOW! also collaborated on research for people experiencing fatigue after being discharged from the hospital for Covid-19. Similarly, this study used systemic enzymes and probiotics together and showed promising results. Probiotics are known to reduce the incidence and severity of several health-related conditions, and enzymes have been used for therapeutic applications for decades due to their anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.

In addition to our recent publications, we have contributed to past research and written extensively about systemic enzyme therapy in our blogs:
